Putting things together precisely, experimenting, explaining things and how they fit together: From an early age, I used a craft knife to build airplanes—and later, with words, I created entire worlds.
My career path hasn't always been a straight one. After completing an apprenticeship as a printer, I went on to study process engineering. My path then led me into human resources management, accompanied by courses in sociology and statistics, and culminated in a comprehensive thesis on social psychology as part of my business administration degree.
That's how I eventually ended up in the HR world of a major printing and publishing company.
In 2001, I immersed myself in the world of occupational safety there—and discovered a field that uniquely combines technology, organization, and working with people.
In 2014, I took the plunge into self-employment, though I was a bit shaky on my feet at first. Today, I enjoy the freedom of life as a consultant and, above all, the opportunity to support companies personally, directly, and with my own solutions.
Digitalization has now become one of my tools as well. It is not meant to make workplace safety more complicated, but rather to simplify it: clear structures, understandable information, and the easiest possible access for companies and their employees.
