!carrara! is an intelligent algorithm
This algorithm
- sorts its evaluation data and
- reduces the presentation of the answers to the essentials.
The essentials are all the assessments to which the employees responded
- 'Rather no' or
- 'No, not at all'
Step 1:
Evaluation of the data
The free text answers are just as important - and usually formulated in particularly concrete terms.
Step 1:
Presentation of the free text answers
The data and free texts are prepared.
Now comes the invitation to a workshop.
An external consultant takes over the moderation.
Step 2-5:
In the workshop we work together:
- Prioritization of measures and free text notes according to importance (No.1-5),
- Think through remaining problems together and formulate them precisely,
- Collect ideas for solutions to the most important problems,
- Good solutions are each assigned to a 'caretaker' and
- documented in an action plan for the final decision.
Risk assessment
'Mental impairment in the workplace or working environment'
The work steps
- Determination
- Data preparation
- Response presentation
- Evaluation in the workshop
lead to an ACTION PLAN with concrete, manageable proposals for solutions.
Without !carrara! the response data from FORMS would be available as in the following screenshot: Raw, imprecise, not directly usable.
!carrara! provides an easy-to-understand presentation of the response data.
A workshop is held to evaluate, find solutions and set out the proposals in the action plan.
