Risk assessment under maternity protection law

The third photo shows the portrait of a pretty young lady who forms a circle with the thumb and forefinger of one hand, which she holds in front of one eye like a pair of glasses. With this focus on her alert gaze and with her facial expressions underlined by a discreetly made-up mouth, she casts a spell over the viewer. She embodies a self-confident, wide-awake woman.

From an occupational safety perspective, every employer must provide two forms:

  1. His “Maternity Protection” risk assessment, based on the specific work performed at the company, e.g., one for office work and another for workshop work,
  2. His prepared pregnancy information.

The Labor Inspectorate is the primary regulatory body in this regard.

Maternity leave must be documented "without cause"

These documents must be prepared even if no women are currently employed. They are required so that, if necessary, measures can be taken to protect pregnant women from any “unacceptable hazards.”
