Occupational safety Hillebrand offers the services of an occupational safety specialist for a

  • Regular support in companies with up to 10 employees or
  • Regular supervision in companies with more than 10 employees.

This regular supervision is regulated in DGUV Regulation 2 Annex 2 and Annex 1.

The scope of regular support is agreed between the company and Arbeitssicherheit Hillebrand in a service contract.

Yes, in every company the employees must be informed which company doctor and which occupational safety specialist is to be contacted. As a result, a service contract is common.

Yes, there is an exception to the standard supervision, the so-called occupational safety needs-based supervision according to the employer model (DGUV Regulation 2 Annex 3).

This exception is possible for companies with up to 30 employees in the case of increased risk and for companies with up to 50 employees in the case of other companies.

With the entrepreneur model, the entrepreneur must:

  • Being actively and personally involved in company activities,
  • Participate personally in motivational and information seminars and further training measures organized by the employers' liability insurance association and
  • Arrange needs-oriented support with a specialist for occupational safety and a company doctor.

 

With the entrepreneur model, the entrepreneur can decide for himself whether external support is necessary and to what extent.

Needs-oriented support is provided on the basis of the risk assessment.

Typically, the following reasons for external support can arise:

  • Support with risk assessment (assessment of working conditions), in particular
    • Organization of occupational safety
    • Fire protection and evacuation drill
    • Computer workstations, ergonomics
    • Workplace regulations and ASRs
    • Mental impairment in the workplace
    • Maternity protection
  • Inspections of workplaces, suggestions for remedying deficiencies and working towards prompt remedying of deficiencies.
  • Support in occupational safety and accident prevention in all matters relating to health protection.
  • Creation of documentation and protocols.
  • Participation in company meetings.

All required risk assessments consist of ready-made FORMS or EXCELL forms adapted to the specific company and activity.

The definition of the required range of topics and the specific fine-tuning of the forms is the responsibility of Arbeitssicherheit Hillebrand.

It is not technically possible to trace the data back to the sender; the "microsoft forms" tool used only generates summarized evaluations from the data.

The e-mail addresses of the form users are not passed on by the microsoft server; this data field is labeled "anonymous" in the responses.

The service contract for the regular supervision of companies with up to 10 employees is linked to a price list. The price components consist of

  • lump sums for consultation and inspections as well as for employee training in fire protection, evacuation drills and occupational safety
  • Individual prices for each required form with a uniform unit price per employee, divided into three price groups for up to 3, up to 6 and up to 10 employees.

The invoice is due for payment annually or semi-annually in advance.

The service contract for the regular supervision of companies with more than 10 employees shows the annual deployment times determined in accordance with DGUV Regulation 2 "Company physicians and occupational safety specialists" Annex 2, which are invoiced at a fixed hourly rate. 

Depending on the size of the company, invoices are issued monthly, quarterly or semi-annually and are due for payment in advance.

The contracts begin at the start of each quarter and have an unlimited term.

The contracts can be terminated with a notice period of 3 months to the end of each contract year.

FAQs on occupational safety

Determination of disruptive influences, e.g. by inspection / observation, by using a SURVEY e.g. "mental stress at the workplace, in the work area" or "VDU workstation".

A "General risk assessment" and several "Supplementary risk assessments" have been developed for engineering offices.

Information material for internal instruction of managers. Conducting management information meetings. Clarification of balanced formulations and specifications and written agreement on the assumption of responsibilities by means of a declaration of commitment.

The CHECKs and QUESTIONS based on FORMS are very easy to use and can be operated and answered in just a few minutes, on cell phones, tablets and laptops.

These forms are used in German/English as standard; if required, further translations can be produced in numerous languages at a reasonable cost.

This is an EXCELL-based checklist with 8 pages.
