Every company is obliged to provide the necessary equipment and material resources as well as the necessary personnel for first aid and rescue from danger.

How do I organize the training of employees as company first aiders?
- Determine the required number of first aiders.
- Informing employees to encourage them to take part in first aider training.
- Creating the list of names of participants in the first aid course.
- Clarify with the training center whether an in-house course is possible.
- Clarification of the assumption of costs with the employers' liability insurance association.
- Informing potential participants about the specific course of the training.
- Obtain the participant's signature for the settlement form.
- Send participants to the course with a signed billing form.
